Services Advanced drawing and 3D model analysis – review of geometry, tolerances, fits, surface requirements and material specification Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review – identification of probable design flaws: features that are hard or costly to machine, tolerance stack-ups, risk of deformation, burr-prone areas and unclear drawing specifications CAM programming in our own CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks-based) for Swiss-type and automatic lathes, turn-mill and 3/4-axis milling Feasibility studies from drawing or physical sample, with proposals for cost-optimised design changes Seamless transfer to series production in our own machine shop Typical deliverables Written DFM report with marked-up drawing and improvement suggestions, manufacturing process proposal, and – when you produce with us – a ready, tested CNC program. Pricing Engineering analysis: €500 per part . The analysis is free of charge if the analysed part is subsequently produced in our machine shop and the production order value exceeds €1,000.
