We provide professional FDM 3D printing for functional prototypes, tooling, replacement parts and low- to medium-volume serial production. With a large in-house FDM production capacity, we can manufacture anything from small precision components to large-format parts up to approximately 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm. Our equipment supports heated build chambers and processing temperatures up to approximately 350 °C, enabling the production of demanding technical components in addition to standard prototypes. We support projects from single prototypes through repeatable batch and serial production. Parts can be manufactured directly from customer-supplied 3D models, or we can assist with geometry optimization, material selection and production preparation. Typical applications Functional prototypes, machine components, jigs and fixtures, housings, production aids, replacement parts, industrial tooling and end-use components. Each project is reviewed individually to select the appropriate material, printing parameters, orientation and production strategy.
