Why work with us?
CNC turning We turn parts on an Okuma LB3000EX III MYW-800 lathe with OSP control. The machine has live tooling, a Y-axis and a sub-spindle. Milled flats, cross holes and off-center features are done on the lathe, and the part transfers to the sub-spindle for the back side without manual re-clamping. We make shafts, flanges, bushings, pins, fittings and threaded parts, as prototypes or in series. Machine capacity • Max. turning diameter: [410] mm, [340] mm with live tools • Max. turning length: approx. [800] mm • Bar capacity: [80] mm • Main spindle: [4,200] rpm, [30] kW • Sub-spindle: [6,000] rpm • Turret: 12 stations, live tools up to [6,000] rpm Materials • Carbon and structural steels, e.g. S235, S355, C45, 42CrMo4 • Stainless steels 304 and 316 • Aluminium alloys 6061, 6082 and 7075 • Brass, bronze and engineering plastics on request Quality Typical tolerance is [±0.02 mm], and tighter tolerances are possible on request. Every batch is measured before shipping. Material certificates and inspection reports are available. [Certification, e.g. ISO 9001, only if you have it] Ordering Send 2D drawings (PDF, DWG) or 3D models (STEP, IGES) and you will get a price and lead time back.
