Need a large part in one piece? We print parts up to 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm on industrial dual-extruder FDM printers with a heated chamber and nozzle temperatures up to 350 °C. What we make: Moulds and patterns for fibreglass / composite laminating - Jigs, fixtures and assembly aids - Large prototypes and housings - Replacement parts that are no longer available Materials: PETG, PC (polycarbonate), Nylon-CF / Nylon-GF, PPS, ABS-CF and soluble support for complex shapes. How it works: send your STEP or STL file with quantity, material and required tolerances. We check printability, advise on orientation and material, and send a quote. No drawings? We can 3D scan your existing part and reverse engineer it. We work under an ISO 9001 quality system and ship across Europe.
