Why work with us?
Precision CNC milling and machining services for prototypes, custom components, tooling and small-to-medium production batches. We manufacture parts from customer-supplied CAD models, technical drawings or physical samples. Reverse engineering and CAD/CAM support are also available for parts where production-ready geometry is not yet available. CAPABILITIES • CNC milling of custom mechanical and industrial components • Prototype and one-off part manufacturing • Small and medium production batches • Mold components, inserts and tooling • Jigs, fixtures and production aids • Replacement and discontinued components • CAD/CAM programming and manufacturing preparation • Reverse engineering from physical samples • Design-for-manufacturing support • Drilling, boring, pocketing, contouring and precision finishing operations MATERIALS We regularly machine: • Aluminium alloys • Engineering plastics • Carbon-fiber reinforced plastics • Brass and other non-ferrous metals • Steels, depending on grade and part requirements Additional materials can be evaluated according to the project. TOLERANCES & QUALITY Parts are manufactured according to customer drawings and project requirements. General and critical tolerances are evaluated individually according to part geometry, material, dimensions and machining strategy. Precision fits, bores and critical dimensions can be produced where required. Inspection can be performed against the supplied technical drawing and agreed specifications. FROM PROTOTYPE TO PRODUCTION Our capabilities extend beyond CNC machining. When required, a CNC-machined prototype can be developed further into production tooling or an injection-molded component without transferring the project between multiple suppliers. This makes the service particularly suitable for: • Product development and prototyping • Industrial replacement parts • Custom machine components • Plastic injection mold components • Low-volume production • Product validation before series manufacturing FILE FORMATS STEP, STP, IGES, STL, DXF and other common CAD formats can be evaluated. Technical drawings in PDF or DWG/DXF format can also be used where appropriate. For reverse-engineering projects, physical samples can be evaluated and converted into manufacturing-ready CAD geometry. Please provide the CAD model or drawing, material, quantity, critical tolerances and required delivery date for quotation.
