We provide precision CNC machining services for custom components, prototypes and production batches, manufactured according to customer drawings and technical specifications. Our in-house capabilities include CNC milling, turning, wire EDM and precision grinding, allowing us to carry out multiple manufacturing operations internally and provide a complete solution for technically demanding parts. We machine a wide variety of materials, including: • Carbon, alloy and tool steels • Stainless steels • Aluminium • Bronze and brass • Copper • Cast iron • Graphite • Engineering plastics • Acrylics • Phenolic laminates such as Celeron • Other engineering materials We manufacture one-off components, prototypes, replacement parts and small, medium or large production batches. We can work directly from 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD files and also provide CAD/CAM support, 3D modelling and technical assistance when required. Parts are manufactured according to the dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes and other technical requirements specified by the customer. Additional in-house capabilities such as wire EDM, precision grinding and black oxide finishing allow us to reduce subcontracting and simplify the supply of finished components.
