We offer laser cutting of steel sheet metal parts, from single prototypes to serial production runs of several thousand pieces. Capabilities: Laser cutting of sheets up to 3000×1500 mm Material thickness range: [np. 0.5–15] mm depending on grade CNC press brake bending (Amada), including segmented tooling for complex profiles Deburring and edge finishing Surface treatments through qualified partners: electro-galvanizing (Fe/Zn, Cr VI-free), hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating Materials: Mild steel (S235, S355), cold rolled steel (DC01, CR4), hot rolled steel (S235JR), galvanized steel (DX51D+Z), electro-galvanized steel. Material can be supplied by us from full-size sheets or provided by the customer. Quality & documentation: Parts manufactured to customer drawings (PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP). Dimensional inspection on request, material certificates 3.1 available. Typical tolerances per ISO 2768-m; tighter tolerances on selected features by agreement. What we need for a quote: Drawings or DXF files, material grade, thickness, quantity and target delivery date. We respond to inquiries within 1–2 business days. Logistics: Batch deliveries with transport across Poland and the EU can be arranged.
