Why work with us?

FDM 3D printing for single prototypes and small production series, from first design iteration through to repeatable batches of end use parts. We print in standard materials such as PLA and PETG for form and fit studies, visual models and low load components, and move up to engineering grades including ABS, ASA, nylon (PA and carbon fibre reinforced PA) and flexible TPU where mechanical strength, temperature resistance or chemical durability matter. Parts are produced with layer heights from 0.1 to 0.3 mm and typical dimensional tolerances of ±0.5% of the nominal dimension, with a lower limit of ±0.3 mm, which places our accuracy in line with professional service bureau standards. Tighter tolerances on critical features are achievable after review of the geometry, either through optimised print orientation and process parameters or through finish machining of the relevant surfaces. Every order includes a technical assessment of the model, material selection matched to the application, and advice on design adjustments that improve strength, accuracy and cost.
