Why work with us?
Professional FDM 3D printing for functional prototypes, industrial components, replacement parts and low-volume production. We manufacture custom parts from customer-supplied 3D models and technical drawings, with a strong focus on functional and industrial applications rather than purely visual prototypes. Applications include: Functional prototypes and engineering validation parts Replacement and obsolete components Jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids Machine guards, supports, brackets and housings Components for production lines and automation Robotic and mechanical components Low-volume and bridge production Custom one-off parts and small batches Available materials include: PLA PETG ABS TPU flexible materials Polycarbonate (PC) Polypropylene (PP) PA6 / Nylon PA12 / Nylon PVB Material selection can be evaluated according to mechanical requirements, temperature resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance and final application. Production capabilities Multiple FDM machines are available, allowing both individual prototypes and parallel production of small and medium batches. Parts can be optimized for additive manufacturing in order to improve mechanical strength, reduce supports, shorten production time and control manufacturing costs. Layer height, infill, wall thickness, orientation and other printing parameters are selected according to the required application and performance. Quality and dimensional control Parts are visually inspected after production. Dimensional requirements and critical features can be checked according to the technical drawing and agreed specifications. Tolerances depend on part geometry, material, dimensions and printing orientation and should therefore be evaluated for each project. Engineering support CAD and Design for Additive Manufacturing support can also be provided when a component requires adaptation or optimization before production. Suitable for companies requiring rapid prototyping, functional testing, maintenance components and flexible low-volume manufacturing.
