CNC Milling from Drawing or 3D Data: Milled parts from a single piece up to small and big batch runs, produced to drawing or STEP file. Machine: 3-axis CNC machining centre Mikron UME 600 with Heidenhain control. Travels 600 x 500 x 450 mm, table 900 x 530 mm, maximum workpiece weight 400 kg, SK 40 tool holder, spindle speed up to 5000 rpm. What We Can Mill: Housings, plates, brackets, flanges, clamping and fixture components, adapter and mounting parts, covers and spacers. Pockets, slots, bores, counterbores, reamed holes, threads, surface milling and contour milling. Parts up to roughly 550 x 450 x 400 mm in one setup; larger parts are possible with repositioning. Materials: Structural, free-cutting and heat-treatable steels, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper and bronze. Supplied from bar, flat and plate material; customer-supplied material can be machined. Tolerances: General tolerances to ISO 2768-m as standard. Closer tolerances, fits, threads and defined surface finishes are produced to drawing. Parts are measured in house before dispatch.
