Our CNC Manufacturing Capabilities: 2 × Hermle C 400 5-axis CNC machining centers 5-axis milling of engineering plastics and technical polymer materials Complex contours, pockets, holes and multi-sided machining Individual components, prototypes and small batches up to 100 pieces Custom manufacturing according to 2D drawings and 3D CAD models Mechanical assembly and complete assemblies upon request Additional finishing and post-processing upon request Engineering Plastics & Materials: We process various technical plastics, depending on material requirements and machining feasibility, including POM, PA, PE, PC and PMMA. We also machine PU tooling boards and model-making materials for prototype development, tooling and fixture applications. Additional materials can be evaluated individually based on customer requirements.
